- 12 person maximum, regardless of age or size. A link to a boater's safety test will be included in your voucher and is required for obtaining a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft with a valid driver’s license. However, drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must take the test and obtain a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. In the interest of safety, it is recommended that all drivers take the test and obtain the license.
- Persons operating the boat must bring a valid ID for age verification.
- No grills permitted on boat.
- Boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
- Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
