Set sail on a shelling adventure tailor-made for families and young explorers in Destin, Florida! But the fun doesn’t stop there! As you search for shells, prepare to meet a vibrant cast of marine characters—from adorable baby seahorses and playful shrimp to colorful pufferfish and charming blue crabs. Our experienced Captain and friendly crew will make learning about these fascinating creatures an interactive and fascinating experience, sharing tales about their lives in the sea. After the shell hunt, hop aboard for an exciting dolphin-seeking cruise through the Bay and Gulf. Keep your eyes peeled for these majestic creatures as they dance and play in their natural habitat. We’ve got your comfort covered with bottled water and sanitized snorkeling gear, so bring along your beach gear and buckets for shells and crabs. Join us for a day of discovery and delight—a shelling and dolphin tour perfect for creating unforgettable family memories by the beautiful shores of Destin!

PLEASE NOTE: make sure you book everyone in your party under ONE reservation, as this assures that your entire group will be all on the same boat (we have 6 boats.) If you book separate reservations, you risk being on different boats.

Booking Details:

CHECK IN FOR TOUR
Please arrive no later than 45 minutes before your departure time for check in. Check in closes 15 minutes prior to departure. Make sure to give yourself PLENTY of extra time for Destin traffic and parking. You will need to check in at our booth which is West of Margaritaville and across from the stage.
PLEASE NOTE: THE BOAT WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT THE DEPARTURE TIME AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS YOUR TRIP.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING ON YOUR TOUR
Come wearing your swimsuits, bring lotion sunscreen, towels, and buckets/nets for the shell collecting. We provide masks and snorkels on board for your use. You may also bring a cooler with drinks, snacks/food, and alcohol. PLEASE NOTE: NO GLASS is allowed on the boat! We provide complimentary bottled water on all tours and we offer sunscreen, shell bags, and critter nets, for purchase at the check-in booth for your convenience if you don’t have them.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If we have to shorten our trip due to inclement weather by more than an hour we will give you a rain check that does not expire. Refunds will not be issued once you leave the dock. If Destin Snorkel cancels the trip, you may reschedule or get a full refund.
