Restrictions
● Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988 can operate a jet ski with a valid drivers license without a Florida's Boater License. Boaters test is required if born on or after January 1, 1988 and are available online (Link in confirmation email). Riders do not need to take a Florida boaters test.
● Each jet ski has a maximum capacity of 2 passengers with a total combined weight capacity of 400lbs. Those passengers cannot be interchanged during the rental period.
● Person signing the contract must be 18 years old, have a valid picture ID, & a valid credit card for incidentals.
● All guests are required to sign a waiver. Minors will need their parent to sign a waiver for them to participate. Minors will have to be accompanied on the water by parent/legal guardian during rental.
● To avoid a $500 deposit, you must purchase damage protection on each ski you reserve.
● Children ages 4 & under are prohibited from riding the jet ski.
● Guests must be 16 years old or older to operate/drive jet ski.
● Customers cannot switch people on and off of the jet skis.
● Jet skis are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
● All drivers/operators must bring ID for age verification.
● No service animals, comfort animals, or pets permitted.
● This activity is not suitable for expectant mothers.
● Activity is not handicap accessible.

● If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded, at vendor discretion.
● Children ages 5 and up can ride along with a parent based on their size and ability to hold on while in motion.
● Parking is available on-site for a fee (ride-sharing is recommended).
● Vendor uses Yamaha 4-Stroke Jet Skis.
● Restrooms are not available.
● Customer parking is available at 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541 for up to 2 vehicles only. Limited space is available on high volume days so it is recommended to take one vehicle for your party. Any additional vehicles will have to pay the $15 fee per extra car at public parking across the street at 285 US-98 W. RV's and Trailers must park at the Public Parking across the street.
