- Cigarettes and cigars are not permitted on board. When the boat stops at the islands, you may get off board and smoke
- Boat has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers, regardless of age or size
- Guests must be 21 years old or older to consume alcoholic beverages
- Guests must bring a life vest for children ages 5 and under
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book this activity
- All guests must sign a waiver before departing on trip
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited

Additional Information
- When you turn in to the marina parking lot, park under the boat racks in the asphalt area under the boat racks. Walk down to the docks. If we are not there, we are probably on a boat ride and wont be long. Try to get here 15 to 20 minutes early
- If the weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at the vendor's discretion
- Food and drinks (BYOB) are allowed on board. Alcoholic beverages are permitted for those ages 21 and older
- Vendor does provide a cooler and a blender. Feel free to bring your own cooler if you want
- The boat is a custom-built catamaran and will cruise at 4-5 knots
- Service animals, comfort animals, and pets are permitted
- Boat has a restroom, sink, and shower on board
- The boat is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system
