Booking Details:

Please bring with you the provided confirmation number (located on the voucher e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license for verification. Gilligan's Watersports is located at 530 Harbor Boulevard E, Destin, FL 32541 OR type Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant into Google and press the "Directions" button and it will direct you straight to us. Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes early with a Valid State Issued Identification Card for verification AND a credit card for incidentals, (LA WALLET and state apps for Drivers License's are accepted as well as printed copies. Must be state issued and have your Name, DOB, and Photograph) Please me mindful of traffic and travel times from your location to ours. The amount of time it would take you to get to our location in the morning, is not the same amount of time it would take midday or in the afternoon, so please monitor your GPS and travel time wisely, as your time starts at the scheduled departure time. It is best to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your departure date, more so if any changes have been made from the original Date/Time you first booked for. Reservations booked less than 24hrs prior to arrival fall inside the 24 hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy, which means no changes or refunds can be made.

Departure Details
This activity offers 4 and 8 hour rentals daily and more options are available during slower parts of the year like March/April or September/October. Customers may book for activities same day if available, however no changes or refunds are available to these reservations unless the weather becomes unfavorable (The company is responsible for determining unfavorable Weather Conditions). Available departure times are varied, check times for your date in the calendar section of the reservation process. Holiday Weekends should be booked 3-5 days in advanced at the very latest. Restrictions
● Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
● Those born on or after January 1, 1988 can operate the boat, but are required to take a Florida Boater's Test. These test are available in person upon arrival for $3 and take approximately 1 hour to complete. Please arrive early if someone in your party is taking this test.
● If you need to take the Boaters Test it is best to have this taken care of before arrival for a quicker/easier check in process, you can take this test at https://takemyboattest.com/course/florida-temporary-boaters-certificate-license/operator/133, keep in mind this test is only good for 90 days so don't take it several months in advance.
● The person signing the rental agreement must be at LEAST 18 years old, have a valid photo ID & credit card.
● Pontoon boats cannot go into the East Pass ( By the Rocks) or the Gulf of Mexico.
● Glass bottles or items are strictly prohibited on the boat. Glass on the boat is against Florida Law and carries up to a Thousand dollar fine and the same applies to attempting to swim with the Dolphins.
● Grills are not allowed on the boats

Additional Information
● Customers are recommended to bring a Bluetooth speaker, towels, coolers with food & drinks, suntan lotion, water toys, and sunglasses.
● If you have any kids under 6 years old or 90 pounds or less, we have complimentary usage of life jackets for them as well.
● All boats are furnished with U.S. Coast Guard approved Life jackets for everyone & any other required safety equipment.
● If you don't know the waterways, a map of the waterway to help guide you through your trip is provided.
● If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time or day.
● If you do not bring the boat back within the time frame designated, a $50 charge for every 15 minutes late will be applied and payable directly to the vendor. Your Departure time starts at the time you reserved for and not the time you depart the dock


Parking
Free parking is available at our location for Customers only and is first come first serve. Limited space is available on high volume days so it is recommended to take one vehicle for your party if possible. Over-Flow Parking is available in the grassy area across the street in between The Red Onion Restaurant and a Restaurant Building with a Reddish roof that is currently unoccupied (If you have to park across the street you may pull into our location and drop off all of your coolers and items for the day before parking)

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel inside the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable and the vendor calls off the rental, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside of the 24 hour cancellation period.
