Terms & Conditions
- Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, can operate a pontoon boat with a valid driver's license. Those born on or after January 1, 1988, can operate a pontoon boat but are required to take a Florida Boaters test. A link will be sent to you after check-out via text message and email to take prior to arrival. The test costs $9.99 but is subject to change.
- In an effort to provide the most accurate information regarding all COVID-19 measures, policies, restrictions, and requirements, please refer to the most up to date CDC guidelines prior to your activity/trip date.
- The 22-foot pontoon boat has a maximum capacity of 11 people, regardless of age or size.
- Boats are not designed as handicap accessible but assistance is offered to guests who need help to get on and off the boats. Doors are 30" wide for mobility devices.
- No towing of another person, boat, vessel, tubing, or any object while using the boat.
- Guests must sign the safety agreement and liability waiver before departing.
- The rental must be returned by 7:00 PM or at sunset, whichever comes first.
- Guests must be 21 years old or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Boat is not permitted to leave St. Andrew Bay and enter the Gulf.
- Guests will be charged for any damage to the boat when returned.
- Guests driving the boat must be at least 21 years old.
- An adult must supervise children at all times.
- Vendor does not offer off-site guest pick up.

Additional Information
- If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at vendor discretion.
- Pets and service animals are permitted but must be kept on a leash. Some islands do not allow animals so please ask to confirm which ones are permitted.
- The first tank of gas is included in the rental. You are responsible if more gas is needed.
- Rentals are available 7 days a week and on all holidays.
- Restrooms are available at the departure location.
- Cigarettes and vaping are permitted on boats.
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Alcohol is permitted.
