Restrictions
- Expectant mothers, people with disabilities, and those who suffer from back or shoulder pain, please consult with a physician before booking as the use of the fishing pole can be strenuous at times.
- Although the boat is not handicap accessible, vendor is able to provide assistance in some cases. Once booked, call to get details and discuss what assistance is available.
- Boats are U.S. Coast Guard approved up to 42 passengers, but the size of the trip will vary based captain's discretion (usually 30-35).
- There is a minimum of 15 participants required for this charter to depart.
- Guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Certain fish species are seasonal and require size limits to keep.
- Service animals, comfort animals, and pets are not permitted.
- Glass items are strictly prohibited on the boat.
- Children ages 6 & under are not permitted.
- GPS devices are not permitted on the boat.

Additional Information
- You will not always fish in calm conditions. However, if the weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded, at vendor discretion.
- Please Note: 4 Hour trips typically depart most days in the Spring and Summer in the afternoon. Please check the schedule below for availability.
- The boat will sometimes experience movement, those who are prone to motion sickness are asked to take preventative measures.
- The crew will fillet and bag any fish that the customer catches on the trip that meets regulation and is in season.
- You may inquire with staff prior to arrival to verify sea conditions and what's in season for fishing.
- Your travel time will be around 1-2 hours depending on the length of the trip.
- Please tip the crew appropriately for all the hard work they do on the trip.
- Parking is available on-site for a fee.
