Restrictions
-A link to a boater's safety test will be included in your voucher and is required for obtaining a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft with a valid driver’s license. However, drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must take the test and obtain a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. In the interest of safety, it is recommended that all drivers take the test and obtain the license.
-Operators will provide safety training on-site for the use of any motorized water vessel. If the operator determines, in its sole discretion, that a guest is unable to understand the training it provides, is unable to read and understand waterway signage, is impaired, or is a threat to their own safety or the safety of others, operation of the vessel may be denied, and a full refund will be issued.
-Each rental requires a $300 hold by credit card. This hold will be released once the boat is brought back with no damages
-Boats are not permitted in the Gulf or outside the pass. Boats must remain in the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Sound only.
-The dock is not handicap accessible. However, if needed, dock hands can assist with boarding/deboarding.
-Guests must be at least 22 years old or older to book this rental.
-Guests must be at least 18 years old or older to operate the boat.
-All guests are required to sign a waiver before departure.
-Towing anything behind the boat is strictly prohibited.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-Boat has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers
-Glass items/bottles are strictly prohibited.
-Smoking/vaping is not permitted on board.

Additional Information
-If the vendor deems the weather unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at the vendor's discretion.
-Guests are permitted to fish but must obtain a fishing license in order to do so and bring their own fishing gear.
-Vendor offers Lily pads and 12-foot Bote Board rentals for an additional fee that can be added onto pontoon rental.
-Guests can bring their own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Please, no glass bottles
-The marina where the rental is located has a general store and ice available for purchase.
-Rental is a 24-foot Luxury pontoon equipped with a 115 Mercury engine.
-Wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters are permitted.
-Restrooms are available at the departure location.
-Certified service animals are permitted.
-Free parking is available on-site.
