Restrictions
- Operators will provide safety training on-site for the use of any motorized water vessel. If the operator determines, in its sole discretion, that a guest is unable to understand the training it provides, is unable to read and understand waterway signage, is impaired, or is a threat to their own safety or the safety of others, operation of the vessel may be denied and a full refund will be issued. TripShock has no authority or discretion to determine whether or not a guest may operate a motorized water vessel.
- A link to a boater's safety test will be included in your voucher and is required for obtaining a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft with a valid driver’s license. However, drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must take the test and obtain a Temporary Florida Boater’s License. In the interest of safety, it is recommended that all drivers take the test and obtain the license.
- When booking, there will be a $500 hold on credit card if the damage protection is declined; however, if damage protection is purchased, no deposit is required.
- If you do not bring the boat back within the time frame designated, a $100/hour charge will be applied and payable directly to the vendor.
- The person signing the contract must be 18 years old or older, have a valid picture ID, & a VALID credit card for incidentals.
- Half-day bookings must depart and arrive on time as there are other bookings using the same boat on the same day.
- No alcohol may be consumed while operating a vessel of any kind on Florida's waterways.
- Due to parking constraints, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per party.
- Pontoon boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
- Pontoon boats can hold a maximum of 11 people or 1700 lbs.
- Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.

- If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at vendor discretion.
- Boats have compartments to hold small valuables such as wallets, watches, and jewelry. However, it is best to leave all these items back home or in your vehicle.
- You will be cruising on 2016 or newer 24ft Bentley Pontoons with premium sound systems, USB power outlets and 50HP engines.
- If there is rain while you are on the boat and you are called back to dock early, the purchase price will be prorated accordingly.
- Free parking is available on-site.
- Pets and service dogs allowed.
