* The person signing the contract must be 18, have a valid picture ID, and a VALID credit card for incidentals. Minors will need parental consent to join in on the fun.
* If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you can still ride the waves, but you must complete a Florida Boaters Test. To take the test, you need to be at least 16 years old with a valid US driver's license. The good news is, these tests are available on-site for just $3 and take about 45 minutes to wrap up. Plan to arrive early if someone in your group needs to take the test.
