This show revolves around the set of the new Max Moon film, TORNADO (a B - level science fiction film reminiscent of Sharknado or any SciFi channel movie of the week). The audience are “extras'' on the set of the film and they meet and watch fellow actors Maya Styles- a Hollywood diva, and Demetri Karkaroff - a snobby NYC actor constantly squabble over who is more talented etc. Keeping these actors in check is Penelope Smalls - the shy, ineffective production coordinator of the film and of course the director - Max Moon. The film is in financial straits, mainly because of Max’s overspending, and his sister and producer of the film Ida Money eventually shows up to find out exactly what’s going on.
