Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time tour departure to receive a full refund minus a 10% service fee. Customers who cancel after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions could be made on a case-by-case basis if an official certificate signed by a local walk-in clinic, local ER or local doctor’s office is received by us the same day as the cancellation.
· You have one opportunity only to reschedule. Once you have used it up, you cannot reschedule a second time.
· Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after the departure time your card will be charged for the full amount, and the boat must leave without you. You will have to pay the full price over again if you want to re-book.
· Downward changes in the number of participants will not be refunded if they are received less than 48 hrs. prior to arrival.
· No Shows will not be refunded.
· All changes or cancellations must be received directly by telephone or in writing by e-mail or post. We will not accept any cancellations or changes by voicemail.
· In case your tour departure is delayed for whatever reason (temporary weather conditions, mechanical issue) after you have checked in, you need to stand by at the marina until you are notified of the new departure time by your captain. Should you decide to leave before that time, you are forfeiting all rights to your tour and to a reschedule. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
· Should the National Weather Service issue a "Small Craft Advisory" for the time of your tour, we will reschedule the tour and you will have the choice of cancelling for a refund if you cannot extend your stay. Should you choose to reschedule, you cannot reschedule a second time or cancel the tour after that for whatever reason except another National Weather Service Hazard to Navigation Advisory.
· If the tour departs and we must return within the first half of the tour due to hazardous weather, we will issue a time-prorated refund of up to 50% of the tour value (by request only).
· If you have any complaints about your tour or questions about a reschedule or about payments, your captain will NOT be able to discuss these with you. Please call our office.
· We reserve the right to reschedule your tour if you book for 2 or less based on availability.
